Hi I'm Norman! I'm a "Negotiator" from Paradigm City (very noir and dangerous place, don't recommend). I would Negotiate deals or contracts for clients and kept a giant "insurance policy" on call for when things went south. Thankfully the people of EF City have a different way of "Negotiating" a deal. So my robot named "Big" (no relation to the character on this site) has been able to rest for once! (You have no idea how expensive it is maintaining that thing!) Simply having a quick wit and fair amount of stamina can go a long way in this city. Come by and say Hi! While the "Negotiating" gig has been put to rest, I may be convinced to take the odd job every once in a while.
