- Changed Attached hands to "need" instead of "add", since the focus of the action isn't to add bondage, but to undress a tied up opponent in a humiliating way while they're tied up. The panties are wet according to the description, so I felt it was fitting to have somewhat of a desire and pleasure requirement for the victim. This action is ideally used in those awkward situations where the victim is already very horny, but wasn't fully stripped in the early game, and actions to remove panties are not showing up, because they're being overtaken by high desire actions. Has the added requirement of needing bondage, but the panties work as a muffling gag as a bonus. Ideally works well when bondage was prioritized over undressing in the early game.
