Any text entered here is displayed at the top of the "show action" screen. The action is "moved" to the "Needs more work" work queue, which is a tool for game maintainers to categorize the actions. Often they are moved because the creator have submitted an incomplete action. The creator receives a DM accordingly. Make sure you "sign" your text, so that the creator knows, which game maintainer they can contact with any questions.
