There is not much moderation expected about these images, so they are automatically accepted into the game. To prevent users from breaking rules, we want to keep an eye on what has been added. The "signature images waiting" Dashboard link leads to a list where you can act upon an image by removing it. A DM will be automatically sent to the creator to tell them their image has been moderated, with your account, to contact you if needed.
