Beschreibung [POV Attack] (englisch):
Pills add time limited lasting effects to a character. Ones applied by an action, these effects cannt be removed. There can always ONLY be ONE pill active, so either test for "null" in "Need pill" or you accept that a new pill replaces the existing pill. Always make sure that a "Change pill" is consentual by e.g. creating a mini scene that tests for the consent like "Offer -> Accept/Reject".
