There should always ONLY be ONE pill active, so make sure you test for "null" in "Need pill" whenever you intend to use "Change pill". Exception: Prolongation. Applying the same pill that is already active again resets the timing, so a combination "Need pill XYZ" and "Change pill XYZ" is perfectly feasible.
