Pictures should be pleasurable to watch. Avoid moving images with a high number of cuts, very short cycles or flashy content to protect people with a seizure disorder. Often, short cycles are regarded as funny instead of sexy. Hypno actions may be a rare exception. Still images are perfectly acceptable and often better than a gif with a short cycle.
