Most modes in most situations use "Select All" on both sides and use other mechanisms for scheduling. The Lock are freezing the linked actions. I am using Next actions locked on cum tests in Androids, because they attract normal actions and I have fail actions that "do" something. It would be unfair, if a normal action came up instead.
