Personality:
Victor is known for his playful and laid-back attitude. Most people that know him in his day-to-day life thinks he's a lazy but friendly face. His seeming lack of drive makes it a chore to get him to focus and everyone considers him a waste of potential. The only oddity aside from his pretty face and lazy demeanor is his need to practice his absurd 'Yoga'.
His alter-ego however is where all his energy goes and is the true face of Victor. The phantom thief is cocksure, cheeky, and playful, topped off with an absurd amount of audacity when his life is on the line. He is a trickster at heart who enjoys the thrill of causing mischief and becoming the center of attention. He enjoys being pushed to the edge and surviving the fall. If he danced with death, he would gladly dip him backwards blow him a kiss. Despite his playfulness, he DOES have his serious side and it's usually shown during his planning.
When it comes to sex, he has a "Show but don't touch" philosophy. Showing off and flaunting his girlish body is a game that he thoroughly enjoys, taking pride in the body he was blessed with. He has never had sex, however. Partly due to his busy life and also because (Despite his bluster) he feels really shy when it comes to anything past a caress or peck on the cheek.

Victor's life was odd from birth.
Born to a contortionist and raised in the traveling troupe, known as "The Arcana Circus", his life was as fantastical as it was strange. From the demented clowns who played with danger to the chaotic magician that was their ringleader, there was never a dull moment throughout his childhood. Despite the fantastical faces that dominated his early years, his eyes remained focused on his mother. A beautiful but petite contortionist who stood within a pyre of strange, white flames.
Every night, he'd watch her perform, twisting and shifting her body in mesmerizing ways, as if in an intimate dance within the flames. Then, he'd watch the crowd. Always mystified, always astonished as they followed her sleek curves. He wanted that. He wished to be just as beautiful. He wished to be just as eye-catching.
So...he trained. He observed and took every bit of knowledge he could from their strange band of oddities. He followed this obsession since he was eight years old and never stopped. Even his feminine looks is a product of his obsession.
He knew that eventually he'd join the circus as a proper attraction. Unfortunately, their ringleader had other plans for the contortionist. After his 18th birthday, he woke up to his troupe gone and a simple letter.
"The Fool cannot know the world if he remains at home. Begin your journey. We shall wait for you at the end."
Cruel to some, but Victor took it in stride as another oddity of his whimsical family. He took his belongings and left to see The World.
With no way to earn money, however, he took to stealing what he needed...at first. As he settled into his new life, his targets became bigger and his thievery grew more and more extravagant. Before he knew it, his thieving nature was no longer about survival. It was the thrill.
Looks:
He is a pale man of 170 cm with a slender build and girlish hips. His eyes are brown but are hidden behind lavender contacts.
His typical outfit when out as Cheshire is a frilled blouse covered by a navy vest. He wears a matching coat over his shoulders and wears matching short-shorts. Black thigh highs and garters cover his thick thighs and lead down to black loafers.
