Some modes (e.g. Classic) almost exclusively use the description to configure the action. The description is the main source for understanding what the author intended to create. People are often proud about their texts, so try to leave them as they are but obviously check for CoC violations. Consider changing words that trigger kinks (e.g. slut, pet) to avoid having to restrict the action unless they were used intentionally.
