The engine respects most of the scheduling constraints (e.g. Game Scene) but skipping on actions that e.g. remove an Extra flag leads to unpredictable results, if your scene action flow relies on the removal. Depending on the scene design, it may sometimes be possible to have a "catch skips" action.
