"Welcome to my Lair," a tall, elegantly clothed man, roughly close to 40 years old, with long blonde hair and a low, ensnaring voice steps out of the shadow and approaches you.
"take a seat and reconsider your last chance to escape before you need to fight for it."
His warm, yet partly evil smile and the glance in his eyes are mesmerizing and distracting you after you glimpse the shackles on the walls, the ropes being neatly arrayed next to a St. Andrews Cross, a pillory and some cages of different shapes and sizes.
You know, you should leave but something in this voice, in the way he is looking at you, leaves you paralyzed and so your chance flies while Cerbero approaches you.
"Very well, let me show you the things waiting for you in the shadows.", he whispers while sweeping your hair from your cheek to bundle it behind you, making room for the cold steel collar he is immediately locking around your neck.
"So you have chosen to fight for your pleasure. Let's see if you are strong enough to withstand the lust this cave is holding ready for you."
A gentle, yet relentless tug on the leash of your new collar startles you up and forces you to follow him deeper into his lair, looking curiously and nervous for the experiences waiting for you.

While I do not own a lair in the real world, the rest of the description is pretty close.
