Vincent Julius, IRS agent (Niveau 5) mail warning

Backstory:
Born in anchorage, Alaska Julius grew up to be a proud member of the IRS and his country, despite his communistic family. He grew up home-schooled by his parents and taught that communism was good and capitalism bad, naturally being rebellious he would go out and do the opposite, showing a likeness to capitalism but would still respect the need for a strong government. He would get a job at the IRS after graduating from college with a bachelor's degree in economics. while in the IRS he would be promoted from a lowley pencil pusher, to a proper agent where he would begin to investigate people for tax fraud and other money-related crimes.

Appearance:
Julius commonly wear suits finding them comfortable and even wears them on days he doesn't work. He is short at only 4 feet and 10 inches tall. He has a muscular hourglass body with a big butt for a boy. he has brown hair and fur and has cute little cat-like fangs in his mouth. Lastly he has big fluffy cat ears and a long cat tail poking out of his tailbone.
