Ambrosia is the assistant to the dreaded Dungeon administrator, Alyssa! She serves as the Administrators practical Shadow, both similar and vastly different to the head of the Carnivale. Although she doesn't lead an act or terrors, what she does do is keep the operations of the halls running. Whether it be supplying arms to the bunny girls, observing works, or relocating a captured hero or heroine, Ambrosia will serve the halls diligently.
Her attitude is interesting. Any other member of management team would have been relegated to furniture had they have come into conflict with alyssa like Ambrosia has, but for some reason, the pair reconcile. Ambrosia finds her position in the halls frustrating, being relegated to a task manager, and perhaps Alyssa recognizes this, hence her leniency (not to say Ambrosia would go unpunished). Perhaps Alyssa doesn't want to waste her energy on ridding of Amrbosia, being a resident of the halls, her power is stronger than most advanced spellcastera, although in a head to head, the halls would undoubtedly favor their true administrator.
