In a parallel world, Penthesilea is the Queen of the Amazons. Her birth name lost to history, Penthesilea used to be a small and meek woman, considered weak by her fellow tribsepeople. After many months of work and proviing herself, she to power by beating her chieftess in a sexfight, the display intentionally humiliating to ensure nobody remembered who she was in the past.
Penthesilea sought to unite all Amazon tribes under one rule, and stand against those who dared impose their rule on her people. And so she went on her crusade, subjecting each tribe one by one to the same humiliation Penthesilea had used against her former chief. By the time she was done, 4 years had passed, but she HAD done it, 16 tribes, thousands of warriors, all loyal to her.
Penthesilea's crusade had not gone unnoticed by the powers that be, and soon, the Tyrant King of Dragonia came to test his mettle against the Tribal Queen of The Amazons. Their battle was fierce, legendary even. It is said it lasted for 3 days. By sunset on the third day, Draco stood tall over the Queen.
Under their 'Arrangement', Penthesilea kept all of her titles and powers, with the caveat she was tos wear ALL loyalty to Dragonia as a puppet state.
