Stell is employed at the Empress Club as a referee, after three different attempts to make it to their rookie sex wrestling program. Each time, she has been told she does not have what it takes. The first failure was physical. The second, mental. The third, She doesn't know. But her knowledge and experience did earn her a place on the club's team of referees, and while she's been known to make certain rulings just to spice up a match, she hasn't been caught outright cheating...as far as anyone can prove.
