Luca (Niveau 8) mail warning

I’m Luca and I'm from Germany.

Most of the time, when I’m not here, I’m either working or occasionally meeting up with friends. I enjoy going for a run in the morning hours, usually before breakfast. The second "must" in my life is the gym. I truly love my training. It helps me build strength and strengthen my muscles.

Recently, however, I realized that strength and fitness aren't everything I strive for. I felt that something was still missing. For this reason, I joined a fight club and I'm proud to be walking the path of Jiu-Jitsu. Traditional Jiu-Jitsu (which originated in Japan) focuses primarily on unarmed self-defense.

A valued friend showed me this path and helps me stay focused on it.

But here, I’m always up for a match on the mat. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me. We’ll have a lot of fun! By the way, that goes for other games, too!
