For example!

Every single time you get throat-fucked, you roll a D6. If you roll a 4 or less, skip your turn.
Release condition: Swallow 10 loads.

or...

If you get creampied under hypnosis, roll a D1. Skip that many turns. Whenever you lose under hypnosis, add +1 to the dice size.
Release condition: Win against me.
