A little backstory though, if you're letting me bite you first.
Elara was born to a human whore in a small, remote town during more prosperous days in the kingdom. Not long after, however, war broke out, and the town soon fell into enemy hands. Elara was captured and enslaved at the age of 6, not long after her supposed birthday, firstly designated as a high value slave due to her rarity. The slavers believed they'd struck gold.
Such illusions were quickly broken in them. No matter what they did, how they tried to break her will, her body always ended up broken long before that. After 2 years of unsuccessful training, the slavers finally sold her off to another group for a lower-than-market price, desperate to get rid of the useless slave. This cycle continued for many more loops, seeing Elara change hands from master to master, all of whom failed to break her mind without killing her.
At 14, Elara's fate took a rather fortunate turn. Starved, neglected, abused and tortured for nearly 9 years, she'd become a mere ghost of her lively past self. With it, though, she'd become a mere ghost in a more useful sense too. When nearing her 15th birthday she was purchased by a lord, ending the cycle of being traded between slavers, in which she'd started as a valuable exotic pet, and ended as nothing more than a common, uncommonly defiant, sex slave.
While still abused daily, and now often raped too, this new life had many advantages. She was now fed much more substantially, and treated more carelessly. Not 3 years later, she got a singular opportunity, and escaped. After running away, she painstakingly found her way back to her old kingdom 3 months later, and settled into the slums of its capital as a common theif.
Over the next two years she grew into an infamous thief with many connections, convincing herself she had successfully left her past behind. However, as much as she denied it to herself, scars persisted. She remained utterly repulsed by dicks, being in submissive positions, and, maybe worst of all... the sadistic tendencies she'd developed from hate and disgust towards her captors refused to let go even now.
Too complicated?
Long story short: Kid -> War -> Slave -> Raped -> Escape -> Trauma -> Dominant / Sometimes sadistic.
When Elara gets excited or aroused, cat-like verbal ticks sometimes escape her lips. This most commonly includes purring or meowing, and, more rarely, hissing.
I would prefer if your character had "Lasting effects" enabled
