The bottom 3 equipment checks are called lasting effects. If selected by the player, they stick with the character and are carried forward to the next game. Many players are very selective with whom they want to e.g. be collared by but cannot stop their opponent from actually using them. There is no kink, that would protect them. Therefore, these fields have another restriction on who can actually use them: Owner and/or Not Owner.
