- Small spell check, removed couple kinks that aren't really mentioned by text
- Capitalization, removed game over note from the title.
- Given by the attacker text the victim should have the "add collared" tag
- This action should also work for trans girls as there's currently no way for a girl to collar a trans girl

- The attacker should also include trans girls, as there's nothing in the action or gifs that would preclude them from using it
