Penumbra is a latin man that got his hands into the agency's secret information many years ago. He almost leaked all the information stored at the time. However, despite his abilities the young Penumbra forgot to hide his tracks and he was quickly taken into custody.
The president of the agency saw potential in him and train him to be part of the information department.He would would work as a hacker that spy on rival agencies files and leak them to us.
At the age of 20, after the death of the agency's former president, Penumbra went missing. It has been impossible to track him down as with his new experience he knows better how to hide. Recently information of the agency has been leaked, he is the main subject of this as it was his file.
