Warlord Lanius, "The Conqueror" (Nivel 2) mail warning

Lanius is an infamous warlord, known for his brutal yet fair sense of morality. Although he is the head of a small oligarchic state known as "The Coalition," Lanius' infamy became known when he began to provide his army as mercenaries to local settlements, only asking for their loyalty as payment.

Not much is known about his early life, although those close to him believe that his sense of morality came from the loss of his father the pillagers at a young age, and the subsequent street work his own mother had to do in order to feed him. The nation that would come to be known as The coalition was much larger than it is in modern times, a series of revolutions spawned from civil unrest and mistreatment molded it into what it is now. Lanius enlisted in a local political movement with the idea that the perfect society could only be made if it had one head with few advisors. It became the main revolutionary party in the kingdom, and by the time Lanius turned 30, it grappled for control with the government. Lanius proved his worthiness to be it's leader when he singlehandedly defeated the at the time king.

His first decree was to burn the knowledge of what had come before, the Empire was built on sin and hate, and knowledge of it would Jeopardize the coalition. It is alleged that for 30 days and nights that Lanius would not rest until all of the people in the kingdom were cared for. He put into place a court. from 12 P.M. to 7 P.M. every day, Lanius sat on his throne and overheard criminal cases. He appointed consuls to deal with civil quarrels. His justice was often swift, those who were guilty in criminal cases often met the end of his executioner blade, 'Repentance'.

In recent years, he has spent less and less time in his home, searching for greater purpose, perhaps it is love he seeks? the thrill of battle seems to have been lost to him long ago, but maybe if you ask him kindly in the dead of knight while he rest by a fire, he'll recount a battle to you...
