I had an idea the other day and thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm doing three different "difficulty levels" for my self-bondage bet. Each one is an extra challenge for me, and slightly easier for you. Let me know which one you prefer!

Level 1: I tie myself up after the game if the winning orgasm happens while I'm tied up in game.
Level 2: I tie myself up if I lose and any of my orgasms have been while tied up.
Level 3: If I cum while tied up in-game, I surrender instantly and tie myself up.
