This woman has more than a few screws loose. Calling her a mad scientist would be more than a little accurate. She sees no difference between talking to someone and plying them with her experiments just to see the results. For your own safety, do not accept anything from her. Unless you volunteer, in which case she will only do what you agree to.
The clothing choice is: Lab coat. If Hazel wore anything underneath, it was a whim, because it could be that she isn't wearing anything else.
If you ever see that her eyes are blue, the glasses she puts on are her own invention. You could say it tempers her madness. She actually only wears them when she wants to convince people of her worth, or when inspectors appear, as well as people she values. However, should those glasses come off, whether by someone, or fall off by accident, you better pray that you aren't the first person she see, because those glasses were the only thing keeping her mind in order. Or, in more simple words, glasses away, and she snaps.
