Background
Taken, or perhaps even bought from her family as an infant, Yatsu was given her new name and a new purpose by her new masters and even newer family: The Higurashi clan, made up of assassins and spies for a somewhat powerful kingdom. Disaster befell their master's kingdom in her youth during her assassin training: the clan's masters were slain, and the kingdom became assimilated into another. Rather than face the dishonor of serving their nation’s conquerors, her clan set their own ancestral fortress in the mountains ablaze, after gathering up their ancient scrolls of secrets and knowledge, and they took flight into a more peaceful, neighboring kingdom of middling size.
There, it was discovered that the king of that nation already had the service of a ninja clan, and wasn’t interested in another. Somewhat offended that their offer wasn’t good enough for the king, Yatsu's clan decided to do something altogether different. Rather than work for the king, they would work for whoever could pay the most. Selling their blades and services, they instead merely pay monetary tribute to their new lord for the use of his lands and the lord, in turn, allows them autonomy...so long as they pay. Yatsu, for her part, focused on completing her training and learning a (now-revised) clan code.
Upon completing her training, Yatsu embarks upon her first of numerous missions for her clan... so that they may pay their new lord to continue to remain on his lands.

Provided her hands aren't obscured for any reason whatsoever, Yatsu can do some pretty cool things with her hands:
Dispersement Technique: Displace!
-> With this technique, Yatsu can blink a short distance, whilst leaving behind a piece of clothing. When she runs out of clothing, she can't use the technique anymore.
Dispersement Technique: Still Space!
-> With this technique, so long as Yatsu holds the handsign and her breath, she becomes transparent. Useful for the stealthy assassin who doesn't want to be seen!
Lightning, Release!
-> With this technique, she charges her body with lightning. She can put a low level lightning enchant on a piece of equipment for a short while, causing pain shocks to those who come in contact with the item or person in question. This one is the hardest to maintain, taking a large amount of energy with every use.
Secret Assassin Art - Flash!
-> This one is less of a technique and more a distraction. It involves turning her dress semi transparent in order to sucker punch the other party as a last resort means of escape. How terribly salicious!

(Yatsu is bi with a preference towards men. She a switch that leans towards being dominant. How dominant/submissive she is/can be will depend on how strong your character is and how much she likes them. Bear in mind, it's not going to be easy to befriend her. It will take a lot more than a few hellos, cuddles and a match to get close to her. She's also...you know, an assassin. Lol)
