i have some issues . I try to Connect my Max with this site and try to play a game but it say's that my toy isn't connectet to Lovense Connect . But it is Connected why ? and how can i fix it ?

Hello Saarothar, from your report, it seems the Lovense Connect is indeed on, but your browser don't succeed to contact your mobile phone, for some reason. I had an account in guest mode and played a few games but my cookies cleared, is there a way to get my character back and make an account? Will it delete if a guest character is inactive for a certain amount of time?

You need to register with an email to make yourself an account indeed.

A Guest account isn't deleted even when inactive, but you'll loose the access to this guest account once your internet browser will be closed/cleared indeed.

The best way to prevent this is to create a permanent account by registering!
