Stella Enarion has repeatedly tried to gain power by unnatural means and create an army of minions. In case of success, we might see a highly dangerous new criminal organisation, rooted in black magic. This has to be stopped immediatedly!
In case of encountering her, proceed with outmost caution. She is known for her charming, persuasive nature, possibly fueled by magic, and a talented seductress. Several victims reported significant weakness after "interactions" with the suspect.
As a sorceress, she relies on concentration and control to manifest her magic. Interrupting her inner balance is your best shot at escaping unscathed. Try to trap, trick or distract her by any means. According to the victims she seems to be prone to sexual attacks.
Whatever you do, stay safe and avoid being charmed.

We don't know, wether she achieved it by the means of submission or persuasion but lately a new person has been seen collaborating with her. By the way he is acting, he seems to be some sort of security service, although he is not present all the time. We will keep investigating and observing on this matter.

We have horrible news for our community. Witnesses report of a fight between Stella Enarion and a demon called Tyron - Hells guard. Apparently she subdued the demon and stole his powers for the duration of a whole week. We can only speculate, what evil plans she'll be able to realize with such a strong energy source. Please be even more cautious and suspicious of any strange behaviour in random encounters.
Also, an unknown naked man with a permanent erection lurked around in town this week. We do not know his origin or intentions (though he seemed rather embarrassed) but keep your loved ones close. We believe, that those incidents might be connected.
We don't know the reason for this announcement, but there has been a note from Stella Enarion on the town's board. It's saying that there is a new potential source for desease in town, called the "rat king" (BRAN Velvet). Apparently he lurks inside or behind dumpsters, looking for a meal. She proceeds mentioning that there is no direct danger emmiting from him, since he will flee at first sight of aggression but the "image of his disgraceful retreat" and the "incurably rotten mind" might be disturbing to onlookers. Again, we don't have any information on the background of this incident, but it would be the first time Stella Enarion cares about the community.
There seems to be a new developement happening and it's hard to tell wether it's good for us or bad. Stella Enarion has not been seen the last couple of days. Or to be precice, almost not been seen. One passerby got a glimpse as she closed the curtains. A glimpse of everything. To the mailman she answers the door only a tiny bit and with a deep blush. Those are hints that she might be enjoying her time or that her entire wardrobe has mysteriously vanished. She's an evil witch, so we'll never know. But let's hope, it keeps her distracted for a while.
There has been a new announcement on the town board, and a rather surprising one that is. In a tone we never heard of her she actually admits the strength of another individual, called Sebastian. It seems he gave her "quite the hard time" and recognises him as a unique rival. She proceeds with her usual threats and insults, claiming she will "never be broken like this again".... Could there be a connection between this new enemy and her apparently sudden lack of clothes?
