When that feeling washed over your body it lasted, you didn't just bump into the outskirts of it you came across it in parallel, delving further into it and feeling it grow ever more intense, yet all the more soothing. The wind seemed to howl, the clouds appear to drift faster and the sky seems bluer. The noises of the bustling city disappear and all you can seem to hear in their place are the birds. The trees sway and their leaves rustle. Isolated in your mind are your own steps against the concrete, harmonious in rhythm no matter how hard you might try to throw them into disarray. In any normal circumstance those sounds as they are now should seem so loud that they would become annoying. But here they are just... tranquil. It feels like you've become one with nature. Even the crowds of people seem thinner, most seem none the wiser, but some have a peculiar expression, as if experiencing that very same thing. When that feeling finally leaves you, and the world returns to how you know. If just for a time you feel as though your worries and stresses left with it, and it becomes one of the best days you have ever had.
And at the very bottom of the iceberg of possibility.
Maybe you saw her and her beautiful smile.
The source of that tranquil feeling, maybe you met her in passing. It's a slim chance, with how far away that aura radiates from her core it truly is a slim chance. You might have been a mile off, or maybe she was just one city block apart from you. But you could have passed her, her and that dense magical energy that drifts where she journeys.
Within those already one and a million odds, maybe you met Hanabira Luna Lumin, and got to know her. Then and only then did you understand the source of that feeling.
Understand the person behind it.
Hanabira Luna Lumin, the gentle daughter of Jin Tale and Lucile Lumin and half sister of Linnea Silvermane who should not have existed as she is for roughly another twenty years. However after a chance encounter with an entranced demon and some powerful magic, she was dragged into the world as we know it with almost nineteen years of false memories and several decades more of snippets that belong to her parents. Bringing with her a potential for magic so dense that her mother, a unique case devoid magic abilities entirely could sense it for the first time in her life. She relishes in the little things in life and speaks with a soothing and charming voice, just as much as the feeling her magic provides. She's eloquent in her words and tends to remain that way, she is also fairly skilled at maintaining her composure even when she would normally be flustered.
Almost always does she carry that calm, caring, and gentle smile.
Current last heir and most powerful wielder of the Lumin technique, "The Voice," Hanabira has a lot to live up too. The ability to weave magic into words on such a frequency that it compells the cells of the listeners to act as ordered. A title like hypnosis doesn't do it justice. A power that attacks the body before the mind, yet still can target both at will, a spoken word. Hanabira possesses a link to her ancestors, and her mother through The Voice, and though her mother rarely if ever has a part in that link, her grandparents, now one with the magical world around her, can interfere and do for the sake of helping their grandaughter grow. Hanabira's overpowering magical presence also makes her the most powerful user of the voice, unveiling rumors as fact as she learns it can do for her what it could not for every other politician, public speaker, or other form of group charmer before her, shape the world just as much as it could its inhabitants. She also possesses an affinity for elemental magic as well as soul magic. While these "elements" do include Earth, water, fire, and air. More specifically it is the elements of the periodic table themselves, something that, at times, Hanabira can seem to see individually within the material plane, down to a molecular scale. In these powers she is untrained, but with nothing to do but be used, her powers kick in when she is idleminded, humming away while folding clothes the winds pick up and aid her in the chore. In a cooking accident the embers only seemed to dance and return to the stove without setting a single flammable object nearby aflame, safely doing its job. She also has the latent magic ability to transmute or transmogrify objects and people, the latter of which she cannot do at will. This ability is actually how she got most of her clothes, transmuting old clothes her parents didn't wear into newer things that fit her better.
These range from more casual clothes
To more formal attire
Though seeing as she is still learning this ability... some come out rather tight fitting.
Her most interesting quirk is how she seems to go out onto the roof at night and stare up at the moon, she loses several hours of sleep doing this, and yet she always feels fully rested and seems that way the day after. Sitting attop the shingles of the silvermane mansion she just gazes upward, and the shades of her white and purple hair seem to change inexplicably leaning more towards purple or white, and in some cases just taking on one color all together.
What the world has in store for the woman whose very existence seems to go against its chaotic nature with her quaint presence alone remains to be seen.
