TOURNAMENT FAQ
Registration
- Post your profile into the relevant tournament thread when it is taking sign-ups.
- Generally speaking, your profile must be at least 3 months old to qualify.
- You must have at least 10 games in the relevant mode(s) of the tournament.
- Using your alts to stack your stats for qualification is allowed.
- Trans fem and crossgender characters are allowed.
- Registration is decided by lottery.
- Players that are not chosen will be placed in the reserve list.
Reserve List
- Reserve players are used to replace players that drop out.
- The order in which reserve players are selected is determined by lottery.
Format
- All EF tournaments are generally 16 player, mixed doubles tournaments.
- Lesbian Wrestling Ring tournaments are 16 player singles.
- If we get enough sign-ups for a 32-player tournament, we usually do.
- Most matches (except LWR) are to be played heterosexually.
- Tiebreakers are played between the winning players.
- Crossgendering is allowed in this instance if needed.
Communication

All players are expected to contact their opponents and play their matches within the stipulated round deadlines.

You must announce your scheduled match time in the relevant tournament thread and / or on Discord's tournament channel.

Announce the start of the match on Discord using the @<3 tournaments tag.

Your match should be titled in this format: [TOURNAMENT NAME, ROUND #]: [PLAYER X] vs [PLAYER Y]

Tournament match logs must be posted in the relevant forum thread or Discord channel.

The tournament organizers will periodically ask you to update the status of your match schedule if you have not announced one yet.

Failure to respond will be taken as a player going AWOL and will result in disqualification and replacement.
Disqualification
The following are grounds for a warning or disqualification and a further ban on participating in tournaments for a year, at the discretion of the tournament organizer:
- Not having your match logs turned on.
- Not roleplaying.
- Using the preferences system.
- Skipping during LWR or TWR tournament matches.
- Not showing up during your own scheduled match time.
- Match-fixing, or attempted match-fixing.
- Using RP mode, fast mode, or slow mode, without prior permission.
- Not following tournament organizer instructions, rulings, and regulations.
