You hear a rumor about a back room where they make bets: whoever has the most orgasms tonight agrees to take a gender-changing pill for 24 hours. Initially, you're not that interested, but then a diabolical idea pops into your head. A cruel smile spreads across your face at that moment, and whispering in your partner's ear, you propose a different kind of bet: if they lose, they have to take one of those pills, but if you lose, you say you'll reward them with a special gift. Then you order them to come along because you want to check it out. Will they obey?
