The report from Order of New Sakhalin City:
Recent investigations into the magician K have all resulted in failure, as the target has consistently exhibited extreme aggression towards researchers across various scenes. Due to the target's formidable and incredible and inevitable and crazy and as powerful as you can never ever seen magical abilities and destructive potential, it has been classified as extremely dangerous and poses a significant threat.
