Various candies will begin to fall from the cloud and onto to the ground, when Bibi eats one piece of candy, she will receive a random 40% buff to her abilities for 3 turns. Only one buff can be active at a time. If an enemy consumes these candies within the next turn (10% chance for this event to occur, chance increases slightly with every ability use), they will gain a permanent buff until they are defeated, but with a lesser effect of 20%.
Flying Dash! - Bibi can hop onto her magical broom and fly past enemies swiftly, dealing 3 DMG and increasing her ATK SPD by 15% for the remainder of the battle! There is a 25% chance to stun all targeted enemies for 1 turn (Does not apply to boss enemies).

Bibi doesn't react very well whenever she is being ambushed, especially by traps. Even though she may be agile, she looks over subtle details too quickly, which often leads to many... embarrassing .. predicaments... this is also why most enemies she encounters would consider her a bit of a 'sub'.
Soooo.. to keep it short- Be stealthy; try to sneak up behind her as often as possible! You'll enjoy seeing her weak at the knees.. Fufufu~
Is Bibi fertile?:
Hmph.. sadly, not anymore.
