CURRENT TURN: 3
It's a new year, and that means it's time to run a new Erofights campaign game! I've had a lot of fun running the Interstellar Intrigue campaign, and I'm going to continue that whenever I can. Sadly, I don't currently have as much time to devote to to it as I used to, but I still find myself wanting to play a silly sexfighting game occasionally. So here's a new campaign with a new theme which will, hopefully, be a little less time consuming for me to run and maintain.
The Premise
For centuries, the world of humanity and the world of demons have existed in two separate planes which intersect with each other only rarely, and even then only in certain particularly magical places. Over the past decade, for reasons that probably don't bear thinking about, the barrier between the two worlds has become increasingly thin, allowing more and more demons to make their way to Earth. Some of those demons are just trying to escape the rule of Satan and enjoy life on Earth; they can go unnoticed for years as they keep their heads down, stay out of trouble, and enjoy all the amenities of modern living. But some of those demons are just gigantic assholes who have never seen a country they didn't want to conquer or a population they didn't want to enslave, and those demons need to be dealt with, specifically by killing their asses all the way back to Hell.
How do you defeat invaders who are a literal embodiment of hatred and destruction? With love and sex, of course! The Order of Erofights stands against those demons who would despoil the world for their own ends, and as soon as you send me a DM indicating your willingness to join the fight, you too can be a member of the Order! Specifically, one of the few people capable of awakening the Spark of Love in the Order's initiates, giving them the power necessary to fight against demons. If you've ever wanted to save the world while accumulating a harem of magical hotties, read on!
QUICK START GUIDE!
If you want to play the game, here's all you need to know at the beginning. Once you've DM'd me and told me you want to play, come back to this page and scroll down to the "AVAILABLE AGENTS" and "AVAILABLE OPERATIONS" sections. *Choose one agent you'd like to recruit, and one operation that requires one of her skills. Then send me a DM telling me which agent and operation you've chosen. * That's all you need to do to start playing!
If you're the only player to try to recruit a particular agent, you automatically recruit them! If multiple players try to recruit one agent, at the end of the turn one of those players is randomly selected to recruit that agent. If someone grabs an agent you wanted, that's too bad, but there will always be more agents to recruit next turn!
The Rules (a work in progress)
To participate, just send me a DM informing me you'd like to play. If you want to include things like a name, backstory, or image for your character, that's super cool but not necessary. During the game, Players will recruit Order members (also known as "agents") to defend Earth against demonic invasion.
At any given time, members of the Order of Erofights will be tasked with defending a particular city from a demonic incursion. At any given time, there will be 2 or more operations available that will allow the Order to cleanse the city of demonic influence. Completing these operations will require the efforts of a number of Order agents, and often will require them to possess certain skills.
The Order is training new agents to defend the world against the invading demons, but only a select few people are capable of using the magic necessary to banish the most powerful of demons from Earth, and it takes a long time to train them. Each turn, three new agents will arrive in the current city to join the battle. Once per turn, each player may choose one newly arrived agent to join their team. This is done by sending me a DM telling me which agent you wish to recruit, and which available operation you'd like to assign your new recruit to. Make sure it's one they have the proper skills for! If multiple players attempt to recruit the same agent, at the end of the turn I will randomly determine which of those players successfully recruits them.
At the end of the turn, each new agent will be assigned to the operation their recruiter chose. If the number of agents assigned to an operation meets the operation's requirements, they carry out the operation to strike a blow against the city's demonic occupiers, and every player who assigned an agent to that operation receives a reward. A new operation then becomes available. Agents who participated in the completed operation will gain experience, increasing a skill by one level. Fighting demons is hard work, though, so participating agents will have to rest and recover, after which they will return to the recruitment pool.
If a new agent is not recruited by a player by the end of the turn, they will join a random operation which they qualify for. On subsequent turns, players may attempt to recruit them instead of one of the three new agents. These agents will be designated "Available for Recruitment" in the "Available Operations" sections below.
When an operation is completed, one random participating agent will be declared MVP, granting an additional bonus to the controlling player.
When enough missions are completed in a city, the Order of Erofights can carry out an operation to banish the demon lord attacking that city. Success will free the city from demonic influence, rewarding all players participating in that operation and allowing one participating agent, and their controlling player, to rule the city.
[THIS RULE WILL REMAIN HIDDEN UNTIL THE RITE OF ADMONISHMENT HAS BEEN UNSEALED]
Ideally, the game would proceed at one turn per day. The current bugs afflicting the site have made it impossible to maintain that kind of schedule. While I'll update as often as possible, and do my best to post each update around noon, Eastern Time, I can't guarantee that I'll have a new update every day. Sorry about that, and thanks for your understanding!
Considering the website this is being hosted on, there needs to be the potential for sexfights, right? Here's how that works: any time a player sees me online, they can challenge me to a match. If I have time to play a match and someone else hasn't challenged me first, we can have a match in which I play one of the agents they've recruited. If the player wins, they receive a token that can be spent to do one of three things: Initiate a new Order member, allowing them to instantly create a new agent and assign them to an operation; Heal one of the player's agents who is exhausted after competing an operation, allowing them to immediately join another operation under the player's control; or Empower any agents the player currently controls, giving them one new level in a skill of the player's choice. If I win the match, the player receiver a less powerful token that can be used for one of those effects, chosen by me. [THIS RULE IS SUSPENDED WHILE THE INFINITE ROOM BUG IS IN EFFECT.]
TEMPORARY SPECIAL RULE: ROWDY AGENTS!
Demonic activity is on the rise, and the number of agents graduating from the academy has outstripped the number of Order handlers available to guide them! Instead of waiting to be assigned to missions, these recent graduates have been wandering the city without guidance, picking fights with hostile demons and generally causing trouble. In fact, they've been causing so much trouble that the Erofights website is bugging out, creating demonically-influence Infinite Rooms all over the place! Clearly, this cannot be allowed to continue. In order to reduce the number of independent agents causing trouble out there, the Order of Erofights has decreed that every new players will automatically recruit an agent during their first recruitment.
THE CURRENT BATTLE
Rumble in Reims!
In the bustling streets of Reims, France, the barrier between the human and demon realms is particularly weak, due to the city's historical and mythical significance as the traditional site where the monarchs of France were coronated. The Cathedral of Reims has, ever since its construction, been a focal point of both divine and infernal attention. In the present day, humans and the occasional demon navigate daily life side-by-side, their uneasy peace maintained by the vigilance of the Order of Erofights and other mystical organizations. This fragile peace is now under threat as a wave of bizarre magical phenomena sweeps across the city: people inexplicably transforming into animals, ancient machinery suddenly coming to life, and a strange illnesses sweeping through the populace. The Order will need to take decisive action to maintain peace in the city!
Turn 2 Recruitments:
Eleni Papoutsi recruited by Luke
Dilik Kartal recruited by Eggo. Eggo expends Sigil of Empowerment to give Dilik +1 Athletics.
AVAILABLE AGENTS
Every day, new agents are initiated into the Order as they graduate from the Order's academy in Reims; other agents might arrive from abroad to offer their services in defense of the city. Information provided about each agent includes their name, skills, and class or title. Skills determine which operations they can participate in, while class/title are currently only included to provide flavor. Over time, agents can improve their skills, up to a maximum of five levels in a skill. As the rules above state, each day you can attempt to recruit one agent by DMing me to inform me which agent you'd like to recruit and which operation you'd like to assign her to. Make sure the agent has a skill required for that operation! Current members available for recruitment in Reims are:

Ludmila Melnik
Skills: Athletics 1
Class: Knight of the Order

Gardenia Falkner
Skills: Athletics 1
Class: Soldier of the Order

Lourdes Echevarría
Skills: Divine Magic 1
Class: Priestess

Lauriane Cousineau
Skills: Divine Magic 1
Class: Priestess

Janel Bain
Skills: Athletics 1
Class: Druid
AVAILABLE OPERATIONS
Currently, two operations are available in Reims. Each operation requires one or more particular skills. When enough agents have been assigned to an operation that their combined skill values meet the requirements, the operation will commence and, assuming it's successful, all players whose agents participated will receive a bonus. For example, if an operation requires "Divine Magic 2," that requirement can be met by assigning two agents with the Divine Magic skill at level 1, or one agent with the Divine Magic skill at level 2.
When an operation is successfully completed, one participating agent will randomly be selected as the operation's MVP, and the player who assigned them to the operation will receive an additional prize.
The Sanctuary of Divine Knowledge
Requirements: Divine Magic 2 (Magic skill), Knowledge 1
MVP Prize: Sigil of Blessing (Create one new agent for free and assign them to an operation of the player's choice.)
Standard Operation: All players participating in this operation receive 1 point.
This sanctuary on the outskirts of the city was once a monastery housing an order of knowledge-seekers, but those days are long gone. Now it's a fortress-like prison, housing the most dangerous demonic criminals. In recent weeks, observers have seen captured exorcists and holy knights from being brought to the prison, and none have been released. Some of these prisoners belong to the Order, while others belong to miscellaneous anti-demon organizations who would no doubt be appreciative of the Order's help. A small team is being assembled to sneak into the prison, find out what happened to their captured allies, and rescue them if possible. This team will need to have sufficient magical skill to protect themselves against corrupted guards and possibly demons, and will also need to have sufficient knowledge to find maps of the sanctuary and overcome any traps which might await them inside.

Eleni Papoutsi (Luke): Divine Magic 1
Underground Fighting Circuit
Requirements: Knowledge 8, Athletics 4 (General skill)
MVP Prize: Sigil of Mastery (+5 skill bonus to one Combat skill for an agent of the player's choice)
Major Operation: All players participating in this operation receive 2 points, plus 1 additional point for every point of Knowledge their agents contribute to the operation. When Reims is liberated, the player with the highest number of points will gain control of the city.
Our early investigations into the city have uncovered the existence of an underground fighting ring. Literally underground, these people have dug tunnels into mysterious ancient ruins beneath the city and built an MMA arena there. This might actually be considered kind of cool, except that the arena is lined with sigils that start glowing red whenever they come into contact with blood, which seems just a little ominous. Also, many of the athletes and trainers appear to be using performance-enhancing dark magic, which not only makes these fights super dangerous but also puts their souls at risk. We need several smart and strong agents who can pose as trainers and fighters to infiltrate the organization and find out who's behind it.

COMPLETED OPERATIONS

Neptune Industries
Requirements: Ship Operation 1
MVP Prize: Sigil of Empowerment (+1 point bonus to a General skill for an agent of the player's choice)
MVP: Ešeeva'e Haley (Eggo):
Standard Operation: All players participating in this operation receive 1 point.
Rewards: 1 point to Eggo
A shadowy multinational corporation known as Neptune Industries has recently established its sprawling headquarters in Reims. With tendrils extending across the globe, Neptune specializes in cutting-edge maritime technology and ship operations. While the corporation rakes in a huge amount of money from legitimate business ventures, this is only a front which makes it easier for Neptune Industries' leaders to hide the organization's true nature. Reports indicate that within Neptune's heavily-guarded headquarters, unethical experiments and dark rituals are carried out to fuel the company's expansion. They are even said to have developed ships imbued with eldritch energies that allow them to pierce the veil and traverse the realms that lie beyond the mortal world. Such a ship is obviously too dangerous to leave in the hands of corrupt businessmen and their demonic masters, and it would obviously be incredibly useful to the Order. One of these magical ships is soon due to launch from Le Havre, so it's time for a road trip! Send someone who knows about ships to steal it and bring it to the Order.

Ešeeva'e Haley (Eggo): Ship Operation 1

Abida Saad (No Recruiter): Ship Operation 1
OPERATION RESULTS:
The Order currently has two members who know enough about nautical travel to captain a ship, and we sent both of them to steal an eldritch terrorship from Neptune Industries. This may have been a mistake, because as it turns out, a ship can only have one captain. Our agents arrived at the Le Havre shipyard seperately, with Ešeeva'e bribing one of the night shift guards to get in (which Abida considered wasteful) and Abida seducing a dockworker to obtain access to the high-security construction area (which Ešeeva'e considered undignified.) Once they located the newly-constructed ship, they were surprised to find an entire fleet of magical dimension-hopping ships under construction. Fortunately, the construction yard contained plenty of materials that could catch fire and/or explode, so Ešeeva'e and Abida agreed to sabotage the ships under construction and cause as much damage as possible to the shipyard before stealing the completed ship. Ešeeva'e finished her part of the job just a little quicker than Abida, hopped aboard the ship, and sailed away, leaving Abida on the dock. Shortly afterward, the ship vanished from our plane of existence, which is a little worrisome but we assume Ešeeva'e and the ship will turn up soon. A disgruntled Abida drove back to the Order headquarters in Reims and is insisting that we reimburse her for her fuel costs.
