I’ve developed a simple but effective system to make our sex fights more strategic, logical, and realistic.
The idea is to base the outcome of techniques on our actual (or character) strength levels. When a move depends on a specific body part — for example, pinning someone’s arms or holding them down — we quickly compare our relevant strength (IRL or fictional for the character). I personally use my real-life strength.
Example: “I curl 10kg dumbbells for biceps.” If my strength is higher in that area, the pin or hold succeeds. If yours is stronger, you can break free or reverse it.
This makes the match feel fair and immersive. In DMs it flows very naturally in RP, and in the TWR game, the person caught in a hold or pin must skip his/her turn.

If the strength comparison system feels too complicated, no problem at all — we can keep it simple and purely story-driven.
Just roleplay naturally and realistically, and skip for hot moves, RP, or if you're caught with options that simply make no sense in a match. For example, if you’re caught in a hold or pin that you know you couldn’t escape from, simply admit it and submit or sell the struggle. No need for overthinking — just good, fun, immersive roleplay.
Another fun and relatively logical way we can play is using dice rolls.
The simplest and most common rule: To escape from a hold or pin, you must roll a dice and get 6 or higher. If you roll 5 or below, you stay trapped and have to sell the struggle or submit. This adds excitement, unpredictability, and fairness while keeping things easy and fast. No complicated calculations needed.
These are some good ideas about the dice Rule which i saw in others profiles:
When a pin is applied, both players dice roll, and if the victim loses three dice rolls in a row they are defeated with a pin.
