He began to notice a particular condition that certain people were afflicted with. He could feel them rotting from the inside. He could feel the hatred that came with their filthy disease, ready to burst and taint his loyal following in one swift movement. So he slaughtered them, each and every rotten individual he saw was dead within the minute. His following didn't appreciate his killings, however, so surely the rot must have spread to them too! Tainted their minds, turned them against him! He wasn't a murderer, no- he was a savior.
And so he set to work.
