You open a portal to the Lustful Hells, pouring in horny demons, ready to fuck everything in their path. In order for the portal to stay open, they need to brute force their way, or unload that pent-up lust inside the heroine. (Get the life of the demons above 80 life points or the desire below 20 in order to get the special cumtest to keep the portal open and win the fight.)
