Weakness: Weak Will - If you are in hypnosis for 3 turns, your opponent may give you one rule for the remainder of the game.
Critical - The effect triggers after only one failure to escape.
(Note: "Hypnosis" means you will get control of my actions -- including making me skip! -- until I roll above the original threshold for the hypnosis on my turn.)
