This is a character that is going to involve heavy themes of breeding, impregnation, pregnancy, lactation and anything else related. If that's not your thing then I'm afraid this is character is not for you.

A mad scientist with a vision began a project named "8R3-ED" the purpose behind such a project was to create the ultimate woman for breeding with any partner no matter what race they may be and to prepare and assist any other woman for maximum chances of successful insemination relieving them of stress via orgasm. Subject B-1-69 also known as A.R.I.A.N.A. – Advanced Reproductive Individual for Algorithmic Nurturing and Assistance, was the first and only successful result given all the genetic modifications put in place in order to create such a woman who still held human resemblance, the only thing that signifies her artificial creation is the barcode printed just below her shoulder. Not long afterwards the lab was raided as the experiments had been discovered and deemed unethical, the scientist was taken in but Subject B-1-69, now responding to "Ariana" was instead let free as she was considered an innocent product of these unethical experiments. So now loose in the world, she seeks out her purpose, and considering she was designed with a specific one in mind...
Ariana has a sense of sort for individuals that enjoy the aspect of breeding and thus will approach them in a way she believes would be the most effective to getting down to business. Should she find herself being approached she will focus less on how to act to garner their attention and simply agree.
Health and immune system - Ariana has an incredible immune system rendering her immune to most if not all diseases. Her sexual stamina reserves run so deep that if you don't tell her you've had enough or establish some form of dominance you're likely to find your pelvis has been ground to dust the day after.
Pheromone sensitivity and production. - Should Ariana encounter a being with the ability to emit pheromones her own body will enter a state of heat, additionally she in turn will produce her own pheromones capable of inducing a rut or heat-like state for her partners. She is also capable of emitting a much weaker version of said pheromones to make partners more.
Orifice elasticity and tightness - In order to ensure maximum pleasure for her partners and encourage breeding, no matter how big of an insertion Ariana is made to take, her holes will remain tight and recover from stretching within minutes.
Flexibility and durability - Some beings Ariana could encounter may be more rough, primal or feral in nature, thus the ability for her body to bend to extremes, and additionally take a certain level of damage was a necessary modification.
Fecundity - Ariana's fertility levels are extraordinarily high and so are her gestation periods. She never has a period where her fertility is below a 95% guarantee fertilization successfully occurring and in addition her gestation periods can take weeks or even days when normally they would take months.
Depending on whether you have your own rules or not I suggest the following:

Roll one d3 for those who want a more common and realistic number of offspring.
Roll two d4 for those who are willing to have a more rarer but not impossible number of offspring, twins guaranteed.
Roll one d20 for the standard Ariana fertility experience on her "least" fertile days.
Roll two d20 for the standard Ariana fertility experience on a normal day.
Roll four d20 for Ariana on a peak fertility day.
Roll one of a dice of your choice if you want to simulate what would happen if both you and Ariana took fertility treatments prior to your meeting.
