- After waking up must release morning pee into it before anything else
- May only remove wet diaper after you've had breakfast
OPTION 2 - 2 WEEKS
- Wear diapers whenever you're home (except to sleep)
- Must always pee in the diaper, may poop in the toilet
- Only allowed to change after 2 pees or 1 poop
OPTION 3 - 3 DAYS
- Option 1 + Option 2
OPTION 4 - 24h
- 24h wearing DOUBLE diapers
- Bathroom OFF LIMITS
- Only change after 4 pees or 2 pees+1 poop or 1 poop+10 minutes sitting in corner time
- In the middle of each change spank yourself 20 times
- Diaper must ALWAYS be wet, which means, after each change, either pee in it instantly or dunk a cup of warm water into it
- Listening to ABDL Hypno the whole 24h

Must wear diapers IRL whenever possible
If she loses a match -> roll d48 -> She must wear a diaper IRL for a d48 number of hours (uninterrupted) + (d48 x 2) spankings
