If the author uses "femboy" in title or descriptions or has already set gender to male, then configure as cis male and check feninization kink. If not it is up to you to pick between CIS male or Trans Female or to duplicate the action for both. The female version "tomboy" is assessed differently. You can have a cis female who is very feminine in apearance, but if she e.g. "hangs out with the guys at bars while having belching competitions with them", she might very likely identify as a tomboy, despite not being even slightly masculine in appearance. If in doubt on tomboys, ask the mods.
