I am the Best and I am here to prove it (Crossgender character)
"So, Liz... can I call you Liz?"
"Only if you like the idea of me crushing your face"
"Ahahahah, oh, Liz, I love orchish humour..."
Lizbeth Cracks her fingers
"Ehm... o-ok... Well, Lizbeth, tell us something about yourself: where are you from?"
"I came from the north-east of Eroland. I think you call that area "East Persepolis": for my tribe and the others living there its just "Motherland""
"Oh... I admit I have never heard of it. But, Eroland is a vast kingdom so... and, tell me, how was your life there?"
"I was... I am part of the Skullcrusher Tribe, a nomad tribe of warriors, hunters and shepherds. I had another name back there, but I was already the biggest and strongest fighter of my tribe"
"Really? So, Lizbeth is not your true name. Could you reveal us the name your parents gave you?"
"No. I promised myself that I will reveal it only to someone who will be able to make me do it by force... or love"
"Awwww... such a shame. But, please: continue your story."
"Life there was not easy, but I was happy. The leaders of the clans of the plains had signed a pact of perpetual peace among all the tribes, but we often grazed our herds close to the ones of others, so it was not uncommon that there were cattle thefts, fights and moment of tension. I order to keep peace, we had found a special way to settle things. You know... using our bodies"
"Eh eh: You are citizens of Eroland afterl all! Have you ever lost one of those fights?"
"Never."
"A bold statement for sure, Lizbeth. So, what happened, then?"
"One day I went with some other members of the tribe in a town at the borders of the plains area to sell some cattles. The government had just took in that town what you call "Internet" and I found a huge crowd in the local tavern, watching a Lesbian Wrestling Ring belt match from a monitor. There... I saw her."
"Who?"
"The champion... Lisbeth Rose. She was facing an opponent two times her size, I don't remember her name. I looked at them ad I was sure that the challenger would have winned the game, cause she was the biggest, but I was wrong. The champion was able to move in a way I didn't even suspect it was possible, using the levers of her body to put her opponent in a disadvantage and nullifying the difference in their phisical strenght. It was a way of fighting I had never seend before and I relized that I would had had no defences against it"
"And what did you do?"
"I was able to convince my clan to let me go back to that time every time they needed it, and every time I looked for more matches of Lisbeth Rose. After some time, I even bought a smarthphone to watch them."
"A smarthphone? Is there... internet connection in the plains of East Persepolis?"
"Is that really important?"
"Oh, not at all. I just thought I had spotted a plot hole..."
"... anyway... Lisbeth Rose became my model and I spent days studying her matches and her moves. I understood there was a logic behind them, something called "martial arts", a thing that people said that make possible for someone weak to defeat a stronger opponent" Lizbeth raises her hands and look at them. "For my people... for us, there was nothing like that. In our culture being the bigger means being the stronger and being the stronger means being the winner."
"And did you learnt martial arts?"
"I... tryed. I got some basic ideas and adapted my fighting style to them, becoming even stronger. But it was not enough, so I decided that if I wanted to reach the level of champions like Lisbeth Rose, I had to meet them on their same battlefield. I needed to join the wrestling leagues of Erofight City."
"A brave choice, but what did your parents say about it?"
"They were not really happy about it at the beginning, since they feared that losing me would have made the clan weaker. Lucky for me, while I was training the fame of the wresling matches had spreaded among the tribes and the chance of having the first orc champion among them convinced the leaders of the clan in giving me their blessing and a small amount of moneys to move into Erofight City"
"How was your life in the capital at the beginning?"
"I found a small apartament in the suburbs and, since my first wrestling matches were not enought to pay for rent and food, I started working in a bar as a waiter. In that period I decided to take the name of Lizbeth to honor my model and I also decided to use a similar haircut."
"Ahahahah, this looks like the classic story of the countryside girl who comes into the big city to follow her dreams and starts as a waiter..."
Lizbeth cracks her fingers again
O.O
"W-well... y-you were talking about your first matches. How did they go?"
"I... I lost my first match"
"Oh... was your opponent so much stronger than you"
The skin of Lizbeth get darker on her cheeks
"No, she was a dwarf girl. I stronger than her, but she was way more experienced. She used martial arts to turn her short stature into an advantage. Before i could realized it, I was on the mat, blocked in a lever that nullified my superior strenght and I had to submit."
"Not the best way to start..."
"Maybe, but it didn't stop me. It just pushed me to train more and to give all myself in learning this new way of fighting. After all, that was the reason I came here in the first place."
"And, since how your latest matches are going, I think that your effort are being rewarded!"
"You can put it this way, but for me it's not enough. Winning will be never enough until I will become truly strong and I feel I am still far away from that resoult"
"Well... I guess we will see more in your next fights. I wish you good luck for them."
"Luck is for weaks. All I need is more training: wish me that if you want to do me a favour."
"Sigh... as you want, Lizbeth. Well, time is running out for us, but I think we have space for just a couple of questions more. I think our viewers would like to know how you spend your free time."
"When I am not working or fighting? Training, mostly, both learning new fighting skills and improving my body with hard workout. Also, I have found some friends here in Erofight City and I like spending time with them. You know, having a beer, having fun..."
"What kind of "fun"?"
"Y-you know... fun..."
"Mmmm... I see... one last question: Do you have a finisher move?"
"Yes: I called it "Skullcrusher" to honor my tribe.
"Nice!!! Could you show us that move?"
"Sure!"
O.O
"W-wait... non on me! Non on... AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
