- Implemented some changes according to previous feedback given by Herman. - Changed attached hands to Need instead of Add, since being able to nose hook your opponent seems more about exploiting their tied up state, more than restricting them. Changed descriptions to reflect this. - Set Need Desire Below 75 to the attacker. In "exploitation of bondage" themed actions, it makes sense for a lustful attacker to exploit in such a way that grants them pleasure. Strictly humiliation better reserved for lower desire attackers. - [Unsure about this] Set Need Energy Below 3 for the victim. A nose hook strikes me as something that's easy to avoid getting on you by thrashing and shaking your implied. This reserves the humiliation to exhausted victims that keep their head still as it happens.
