The enemy of the game maintainer and the main reason for unexpected game over due to lack of a playable action. On Skip and Continue, the game engine picks 3 random actions for the next turn. The engine respects most of the scheduling constraints (e.g. Game Scene) but skipping on actions that e.g. remove an Extra flag leads to unpredictable results, if your scene action flow relies on the removal. Depending on the scene design, it may sometimes be possible to have a "catch skips" action.
