描述 [POV Attack] (英语):
Unlike conventional torture, the Genital torture kinks involve some aspects which may not be as obviously painful as genital impacts(low blows). Depending on a mode's use of the kink, it may have value to use the pain kink in addition, to differentiate different kinds of torture(ie. Mental vs Physical.) For most combat modes, the pain kink can generally be assumed and not added in addition.
