This is your main source for balancing your game. Most modes are played competitively, so the chance to win should be fair for each gender combination. Sometimes players "feel" that a game is not fair - this is your evidence. You may also be told that e.g. games with people in chastity or with trans females without Anal kink are unfair. Both is true for Classic but you have no data to prove it. These stats are the level at which modes are balanced. Digging deeper means a lot of work.
