Her name is Fleur LaDouce, however she prefers being called just Fleur.
She is 21 years old, comes from a long line of magicians and otherwise magically aligned. Fleur studies magic of the ethereals, herself becoming a witch specialised in the sixth element- Ether.
Despite her age, the witch herself has quite the... small frame, being only 164cm (5'3") with B-cups. Her hips, however, are a nice, wide 36cm around the waistline, giving her a nice ass and a pair of perfectly thicc thighs!
Originally, the elven mage has a lighter ginger hair colour, but this has been either altered or dyed to have a rusty red colour with black stripes. On the topic of colour, her skin is pale peachy white, while her eyes pose a radiant magenta, close to dark pink
Fleur is of elven heir, granting her long and pointy sensitive ears.

Fleur is the daughter of Gaelia. Her father is dead, his name forgotten even by his own family. Fleur's family tree, unlike most of her old civilisation, is not particularly magically aligned- and was mocked of this. Fleur LaDouce, however, had her goal to prove all of them wrong, just like the goal of all kids who pledge loyalty to their family. She went through with it, learning to work with something unheard of. Ethereal magic. And she made it happen. Working on her own powers and knowledge, she eventually got rid of spellbooks and scrolls and summoning rings. She has control over it. She is the Ether.
When she turned 18, she began to show what she could do to everyone she could in the city, looking to prove her family's prowess. Without knowing the consequence of this, people feared her, saying she had gone too far, become more than even she could handle... She was then cursed by a seal of binding, branded on her skin, blocking any use of her powers. Or so they thought. She was afterwards exiled, driven out of the city to live on her own. Live her life as the witch she had become, or... A goddess, even. At least in her own eyes. It took time for the seal to collect her powers.. And when it did, the war between the magical world and the technological world begun, and ended. Witches are a rare breed these days, only seen live a solitary life in a solitary location. The witch hunting began, 1428.. Fleur has survived until now, preserving her body and mind with the last of her magic.
It's not before 2019 the witch dared to venture out into the human world once more.
