Canto V Casino (hereinafter referred to as CVC) is a gambling house operating from an unknown location. Appearing to be a grand casino in Las Vegas, however, displaying anomalous behaviour.
Instances of CVC first manifest in the form of what sounds like the inside of a busy casino, seemingly coming from deep within a room where no casino was previously present. The conditions to its manifestation seem to not be dependent on the room's size, requiring only that only one person is present and in audible range of the music and there being no means to see or enter the inside of the room other than a single or double door. Previous registered instances of CVC have been found in: bedroom closets, doors in office buildings after hours, Site ##'s staff break room and walk in fridges.
After its initial manifestation, the CVC will remain active until all events happening inside have ended. If a subject decides not to engage, no future instances will manifest to them. However, if the subject decides to open the door they will enter it as if from muscle memory, the door gently closing behind them. Once inside, subjects report finding themselves in a casino lobby with aquariums full of exotic fish and full of coat racks full of coats and umbrellas that range in style and making all the way from the 1920s to the present day. The sounds will lead around the nearest corner after which they will become distorted and appear as if coming from far away in all directions regardless of position, this will also cause the exit to disappear.
--- A recording of the music inside CVC can be found on CVC-Tape1A
In this main room there are nine parallel long red card tables, with one booth styled futon and a window with red silk curtains to which side, the light coming from outside any of the windows causes a blur that does not allow anyone to see what is on the other side. On either end of the row of tables there's a wall with a big framed painting whose contents are yet to be reproduced, and two entryways forming corridors on each side of the tables connecting to seemingly infinite copies of this same room.
Sitting in one of the tables, subjects can find other victims as well as an entity of unknown in origin, calling herself Marie, though she's been reported to refer to herself as: the devil, Aphrodite, Dzydzilelya, Freyja, Venus, Kamadeva and as Asmodeus himself. Though, most attempts at enquiring further have been met with dismissal.
The entity will welcome and invite everyone to take a seat and play a game. Then it will explain the rules. Most instances of CVC have included a plethora of games of luck, all implementing some sort of betting system, seemingly based on strip poker rules but taking bets as far as performing kink tasks.
Note: All rule sets so far have been rigged or missleading agaisnt the player, we advise all CVC researchers to take a legal writting course to avoid getting tricked into playing a losers game.
A full scan of all social media for mentions of the aforementioned characteristics should be done, as well as a check-up on known regulars. Once a doorway into the casino is found, an agent, with proper training in all types of casino games as well as a course on how to safely traverse an instance, must be deployed to replace any civilians on the table. Any remaining players are to be identified, tracked down and treated with amnestics. The same is true for those who have been targeted but have not entered the instance of CVC.
Note: An algorithm capable of predicting the exact date and location of manifestation is in the works.
