I put my own little twist on these to make them more unfair~ They work in levels and go as such:

Level 1: You got a hypno action and have to flip two coins. If one of them is tails you fail, skip your turn, and go to level 2. If you get two tails you skip your turn and go straight to level 3 instead. And of course, two heads means you don't get hypnotized, rip~
Level 2: Now you start rolling dice. 1-2 you get "worse", skip your turn, and go to level 3. 3-5 you just skip your turn. On a 6 you break free, so don't roll a 6~.
Level 3: Same as level 2 except now your opponent can pick your actions for you. You can keep skipping if you want, maybe even give yourself "disadvantage" on the dice roll, meaning you roll twice and take the lowest result, if they can't see your actions.
Level 4: Last level before you lose~. You roll a 6, you break free. 3-5 you try to resist but still fail~. And 1-2 sends you to the next level and your doom~
Level Max: If you've made it this far than congratulations! You're your opponent's perfect hypnotized little bitch~ There's no going back after this, you're fucked, literally~
