Lord Cedric Edelweiss, the current patriarch of the prestigious House of Edelweiss, was born into a world of high expectations and political ambition within the Vespertine Dominion. This influential and ancient noble house has long been intertwined with the political and social fabric of the Dominion. From a young age, Cedric was groomed to uphold and expand his family’s legacy. His early life was marked by rigorous training in politics, strategy, and the art of manipulation, shaping him into a masterful tactician and a formidable figure in court politics.

In his early adulthood, Cedric entered into an arranged marriage with Lady Evelyne, chosen for her family’s political connections. Though their union was initially a strategic move, Evelyne’s kindness and strength of character began to soften Cedric’s stern demeanor. They experienced a brief period of happiness together, and Evelyne gave birth to their son, Fenric, and their daughter, Blanc. However, tragedy struck when Evelyne died shortly after Blanc’s birth.
